Q. Do you sell direct to the public?
A. Yes we sell direct to both trade and public.

Q. What if I don't know the part number for the element I need to replace?
A. We are familiar with most elements on the market and in such cases you can send us a picture, bring the old element in for us to look at or you can send us a drawing including measurements and we can take it from there.

Q. Do you provide online ordering?
A. We are keen to provide you with a personal service and given the bespoke nature of much of our products we like our customers to get in touch with us either by phone, fax or in person, so for these reasons, we do not provide online ordering.
