HEATING ELEMENTS The primary service offered is the manufacture of specialized heating elements. Stocks of over 70,000 straight length elements sizes ranging from 12" to 196" are held. T.P.Fay Heating Elements can be formed to suit almost any commercial application. A simple faxed sketch with some dimensions, wattage, voltage and type of application (also note wherever possible dimensions that can vary) will usually suffice, occasionally a sample is required. A wide variety of fixing bushes / plates and termination options are available We can also manufacture many different Immersion heaters with plug sizes from 1/2" B.S.P. to 2.1/2" B.S.P. A particularly useful service offered is the re-making of elements for spares / breakdowns, which can usually be turned around within hours!
