It really gives us a buzz when we can exceed the expectations of a customer and on Monday morning, that’s exactly what we did when we received an urgent enquiry from Upnorth Group.
They asked us if we could supply them with a 4 metre long 2000w 240v 8mm Rod Element, for their clients restaurant site up in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Under normal circumstances this would not have been a problem, but a very rapid turnaround was required and the element had to be there that same day, before 4pm.
We hold a massive stock of elements and were quickly able to locate and select the correct element from stock which we carefully prepared and sealed ready for TNT Special Services to collect it from our factory at 12:30.
TNT then delivered the element which was received by the restaurant at at 2:30. The element was fitted and working again in no time at all, with plenty of time to spare before evening service started.
