A = Length Measured from End of Sheath

B =  Element Sheath Diameter (TPFay Manufacture 8mm Diameter Sheath as standard.)

C = Cold End Length

Wattage = Please provide required Wattage for your heating element (e.g. 1000W)

Voltage =  Please provide related Voltage for your heating element (e.g. 240V)

Terminal Pins

4BA Threaded Terminal Pins are TPFay standard (3.6mm outer diameter), however we offer a range of adaptors such as; M5, Spade Terminals, Shel Post, Saddles, Tail Wires.

Sheath Material

Our 8mm Tubular Heating Elements can be manufactured in the following sheath material.

• LOY800
• AISI316
• AISI304

Choose Below from our range of seal types for various applications:

RTV Seal

Our Standard - For low to mid temperature applications where control will cycle and there may be high humidity.
Terminal temperature should be controlled at less than 140°c.

High Temp Seal

Breathable seal designed for dry environments where the temperature range is much higher than normal.

Resin Seal

For low temperature applications with close thermal control will cycle and there may be high humidity.
Terminal temperature should be controlled at less than 100°c
