It has been recognised as the most adaptable and reliable source for your electric heating. Use them alone, or built into larger heater assemblies.
What are Tubular Heating Elements?
Inside a tubular sheath is a coiled resistance wire insulated by MgO powder. The wire is welded to terminal pins at both ends.
Sheath Material can be offered in many different materials. mainly LOY800, AISI316 and AISI304. See our guide to sheath material here.

We manufacture rod elements with 8mm diameter tube as standard, however other sizes are available by request to our team.

Whether you need a U-Bend or an intricate design, our tubular heaters can be bent to shape by our highly skilled engineers and our CNC machinery for high volume requirements.
